Are you physically fit and looking for a new challenge? We are looking for Warehouse Chargehands to join our team working on the ETEX Contract in Portbury.

You will be working Monday to Friday 40 hours a week ,rotating shift pattern AM/ PM/Nights - shift patterns 6-2pm /2-10pm/22.00-6am.

and will have a salary of £28,000 to £30,000. Working in a busy plasterboard manufacturing warehouse in Portbury

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 
  You will be loading trailers and securing goods safely
• Sign in strappers (on site 5 mins prior to start report to messroom)
• To collate time sheets hand to office at end of week
• Briefing given to strappers, i.e. ETEX / XPO comms, safety, site rules
• To liaise with ETEX Shift Manager at start of shift and as required throughout the shift
• Report any core fleet defects to PBOPS
• Report any strapper concerns and issues to Shift Management
• Overseeing a small team of warehouse operatives
• Adhering to strict health and safety policies
• Full training will be given
• You will work in a safe manner at all times

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• 
  Must be flexible in regards working hours as you will be working a three shift pattern
• Previous similar experience would be an advantage
• Development opportunities for the right person.
