Here at Dobbies Garden Centres, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Plant Fulfillment Centre.

We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join the Dobbies team at our new online plant fulfilment centre to pick, pack and organise customer orders. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our brand new plant offering taking care of our plant stock and ensuring they are in tip top condition and ready for delivery.

About the role

• Pick, pack and process customer’s plant orders ready for delivery
• Maintaining the plant stock, ensuring regular watering and upkeep
• Loading and unloading of containers, stock and deliveries
• Packing plant boxes ready for dispatch with care, accuracy and skill
• Checking all incoming stock
• Ensuring the warehouse area is kept safe, tidy and delivers an efficient service

About you

• Passionate about customer service with preferably retail experience or similar environment
• Strong planning, prioritisation, presentation and problem-solving skills. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast paced, busy environment
• Experience working with plants would be preferable although not essential
