The role

A chance to be a part of the UK’s leading property marketing agency, ThinkBDW. We are currently looking for motivated warehouse operatives to join our dynamic team.

This position will play a key role in assisting with the development of the business to ensure raw materials are processed accordingly while also driving ThinkBDW goal of achieving carbon net zero

About You & Key Skills required

• Counterbalance forklift licence preferred.
• Self-motivated and driven
• Positive ‘Can do’ attitude with a client-focused, commercial approach.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Loading and unloading various materials at different height, sizes and weights adhering to correct manual handling procedures, using lift aids where applicable.
• Input of stock, regular stock counts to be accurate and maintained
• Picking, packing and shipping orders correctly and accurately.
• Keeping the general working space and surrounding area clean and tidy.
• Materials from site to be processed and recycled as part of ThinBDWs goal to achieve carbon net zero.
• Process all packages delivered to the warehouse goods in and distributed accordingly
• Ensure transportation trollies are fully utilised, with materials being identified and stored effectively.
• Daily forklift checks (if competent) and weekly racking and warehouse Health and Safety checks tobe completed
