We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operative. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely movement of goods in and out of our facility. You will work closely with other team members to pick, pack, and ship customer orders, receive incoming stock and materials, maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately receive and process incoming stock and materials.

Pick customer orders with precision and efficiency.

Pack orders securely and accurately prepare them for shipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock levels.

Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Participate in physical inventory counts.

Provide support to other team members as needed.

Continuously work to improve warehouse processes and procedures.

Quickly and effectively resolve any warehouse-related issues that may arise.

Maintain a positive and productive attitude, even in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Constantly evaluate warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.

Stay informed of company updates and new products and services by participating in team meetings and training sessions.
