Main Responsibility

With the focus being on safety, compliance and efficiency, you will support all palletised and racked operations within the warehouse area, ensuring compliance with HMRC, environmental legislation and ISO requirements to produce safe products. Your organisational skills and solution focus will ensure accurate data recording on both information technology systems and paperwork. Safety checks and maintenance of our equipment supports the integrity of our high performing teams.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand processes, use information technology systems and work safely to protect themselves and colleagues. It is important that our team members are self-starters with the ability to communicate effectively, work independently, while functioning as part of a team. Your awareness of barcode compliance, industry knowledge of regulations will help you succeed in this role. It is essential you hold and FLT counterbalance license to be considered for this role.

William Grant & Sons is accredited and audited under Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and CAA Known Consignor regulations. Under these regulations, the above role is deemed to be Security Sensitive in relation to the sale and distribution of our products. Therefore the successful candidate will be subject to criminal background checks by Disclosure Scotland
