Our Regional Centres are located at Hillington, Cardonald, Clydebank, South Queensferry, Dundee and Aberdeen. This post can be based in Hillington, Cardonald or Clydebank, however candidates must be able to attend our centre in Hillington when required. NHS 24 also supports hybrid working.


This Role: Wellbeing and People Manager

This is a new role within NHS 24. The Health/Wellbeing and People Manager will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s priorities set out in the NHS 24 Workforce Strategy and Plan.

The post holder will take a lead role in developing and implementing the Health and Wellbeing Strategy and Internal Engagement Strategy and Framework, aligned to The National Improving Workforce Culture and Wellbeing Strategy.

You will work across all NHS 24 centres nationally engaging with staff and stakeholders across Scotland. This post requires someone who has experience of influencing and working with senior managers and being proactive to achieve the relevant objectives.

NHS 24 offers a complete benefits package, with a permanent contract on Band 7 £43,422 - £50,506 (pro rata). Placement on salary scale and annual leave entitlement is dependent on confirmation of previous relevant NHS service.
