An exciting opportunity to join the Wellbeing Team at the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, as a Wellbeing Project Coordinator in our Emergency Operations Centre (EOC (999)) has arisen. The Staying Well Service, our confidential in-house wellbeing service, has been developing and growing with the needs of our people since first being launched in 2015, and this new role is being introduced to focus on understanding the wellbeing needs of our people in the EOCs, evaluate and extend the welfare offering in this space.

This is an opportunity for a motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for staff wellbeing and a desire to support the wellness of our people, to be part of organisational change and development, ensuring the right support is available in moments of need and prior to crisis.
