We are recruiting for the role of Regional Workforce Development Business Partner to join us. You will be responsible for supporting in the leadership of a highly effective and professional HR, L&D and recruitment team across all locations.

Main Duties Include:
Establish partnerships with our Key Stakeholders to provide advice, support and challenge thinking across BOC Services
Provide high level support to HR/L&D and recruitment transactional managers on employee relations and other case management issues e.g. disciplinary, grievances, harassment, absence management.
To both lead and support employee retention and employee recruitment experience initiatives developing best practice in constantly improving workforce development contribution and service levels for stakeholders to support the development and positive contribution of intelligence led, quality driven employment engagement approaches across the service.
Lead the BOC Services L&D Team to build up a scale of BOC staffing network across the service to carry out succession planning, organisational development and talent pipeline plans to identify, attract and recruit top talent.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
CIPD Level 5 or above is essential
Workforce Development Certification or substantial experience in HR
Demonstrated experience in managing and planning large, sometimes conflicting priorities to meet challenging deadlines
Proven experience of managing Workforce Development (HR, L&D and Recruitment) teams.
Proven experience of leading and delivering organisational change projects
