Job Description :

Thresholds have been delivering career-advancement programmes for 20 years, transforming the lives and careers of over 3,000 women in the civil service and beyond.

We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for a new associate facilitator to join the team.

Thresholds’ associate facilitators work throughout the UK and abroad delivering our programmes which include:

  • Crossing Thresholds– 12 month career mentoring programme comprising of 5 themed group modules
  • 1-day Threshold Workshop
  • 2-day Succeeding at Interviews
  • 60-90 minute events: networking events; mentor upskilling sessions and info events

This role is ideal for someone with group facilitation and/or training experience, looking to expand their portfolio or work alongside part-time employment. You would be someone who is confident working and presenting with groups, a quick-learner and happy to deliver pre-existing content.

The team currently comprises of 8 self-employed associate facilitators, a full-time Director and part-time assistant.

All our programmes are currently delivered virtually via Zoom. We are looking for facilitators who are happy to deliver content both virtually and F2F (with travel).

We’re looking for people

  • who are available between 4-8 days a month;
  • with excellent communication skills;
  • with IT skills;
  • with experience of facilitating groups of different sizes;
  • who are happy to deliver virtually with a small amount of F2F + travel.

  • Day rate of £500 on sign-off;
  • Supportive, flexible working to suit you;
  • This role can be self-employed.
