Access, experience and outcomes in health and care services, as well as the occurrence and impact of long-term conditions and disease groups (such as cancer and coronary heart disease) are not equally experienced or treated across population groups. We are seeking to recruit to three administrative posts to support our friendly, fast paced programme team to deliver the following projects.

*Note the 2 part-time roles can be combined to one full time post for the right candidate

The base can be agreed at appointment. The SHCP works across the Sussex footprint, and has office space in Sussex CCG offices in Lewes, Worthing and Hove. Remote working from home is encouraged.
