The aim of the Service is to improve the quality of life for Residents through the provision of decent well-maintained homes and communal areas.

\*Providing a first point of contact for customers through our helpdesk, be that via phone, email or ticket. At least 1-2 years experience in similar role.

This role is initially for 20 hours per week working Thursday to Sunday delivering to our stores and wholesale customers across Hampshire and Surrey .

The staff member will be expected to be proactive in floor service, and engage with customers showing a high level of customer service.
