An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join the Combined Community and Acute Care Group (CCAG) at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals. The successful candidate will be dynamic and highly motivated and able to manage a diverse workload with flexibility.

This is a specialist role and is critical in supporting key decision makers to monitor performance, enhance service planning, and lead to better delivery of services across a wide spectrum of needs and settings in the Combined Community and Acute Care Group. CCAG hosts three directorates: Integrated Community Care (ICC), Integrated Geriatric and Stroke Medicine (IGSM) and Therapeutics and Palliative Care (TPC).

The post holder will coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the CCAG Executive Team to monitor performance against Care Group plans, projects, and standards. Reports will also be developed for sharing with front line staff.
