Since 2019 BSPOQ have been supporting clients across the UK implement strategic marketing strategies to help drive growth in their businesses. Our growing team is again looking to add somebody with creative flair and talent to provide graphic design support across a range of services.

Job Purpose

Working in a fast paced and reactive agency environment, take briefs and develop bespoke design solutions. Implement the latest trends and design practices to create web, print and email marketing.

Job Roles

Work within our Creative Team to design and develop new and existing brand visuals.

Create digital design outcomes for email marketing, website campaigns and banners, social media and more...

Design a range of different print materials including brochures and event merchandise.

Balance multiple client projects at once, ability to prioritise tasks and cooperating with the Marketing team to follow a brief.

Adhere to and create brand guidelines.

Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for campaigns.

Skills set required:

2 years experience in graphic design (preferably in a graphic studio, advertising agency, or in-house creative department)

Highly Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Knowledge of print export settings and experience signing off proofs

Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects showcasing a strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity principles (please submit your portfolio with your application)

Knowledge and understanding of current graphic design trends in digital media

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High level of attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take full responsibility for a projects lifecycle.

Comfortable expressing ideas and brainstorm not just with creatives but all senior management
