A great opportunity has arisen for a Transition Implementation Lead that supports global business implementations, medium to high complexity local country implementations, existing business consolidations, regional cross-border special projects, GDS conversions, large office moves, technology product implementations, account de-implementations and other non-defined special projects

As a CSS IPCM Project Manager (Remote), you will
  • Lead, mentor and coach your team
  • Develop and implement service level and quality standards, ensuring team meets or exceeds expectations
  • Manage change; coordinating efforts that contribute to organizational success
  • Review process and service delivery to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with other mangers and peer departments to gain information, reduce risks and improve collaboration
  • Find opportunities to improve the efficiencies of operations – manage employee T&E and adherence to policies
About you
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Leadership and Project Management experience
  • Experience in the Business Travel Industry
  • You understand client reporting requirements, implementation workflow, and resource assignment
