As a Support Worker you will be providing support to each person tenant in line with a Care Plan and the individuals person centre support plan.

12 weeks paid maternity & adoption leave and 2 weeks paid paternity leave. Family meal and soft drinks when at work. 500 bonus for referring a friend.

Assisting with ad-hoc employee enquiries and day-to-day HR related queries. 22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days on 3 years service and 28 days on 5 years
