Aceparts are recruiting! We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of our most vibrant business units within Vertu Motors PLC: Aceparts. We are a fast-growing e-commerce business based in Sittingbourne, Kent with a 4.8/5 Google Business rating.
The role can be fully remote if desired or can be hybrid with ad hoc work in the nearest dealership. You will be required to work 42.5 hours a week on a shift rota basis to cover the customer services opening hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
We are offering a £22,653 basic salary plus company benefits.
This role is focused on telephone and email enquiries, with no face-to-face customer communication required, covering a wide array of sales channels: eBay, Amazon and our websites primarily.
To be ahead of competition, our customer service team need to give our customers a positive experience they will never forget and ensure the customer journey in our business is an excellent one that makes our customers come back, and recommend us to their friends and family. A good customer service team is the heartbeat of any business and a crucial foundation for any business, let alone a growing one.
To be successful in the role, the candidate must embody the five ‘unteachable’ characteristics of a successful Vertu colleague, which are character, attitude, energy, drive and talent. Further, we expect all of customer service advisors to:
Day to day you will be managing both pre-sale and post-sale enquiries, via phone and email, using vehicle registration look-ups to find parts and working with suppliers to resolve any issues.
To be successful in this role you will need to have an excellent telephone manner and outstanding customer service skills. You have to be resilient in nature with the ability to deal with difficult circumstances and sensitive situations. Ideally you would have experience working with customers online or in a call centre.
You will have good time management skills and have the ability to get up to speed with product & system processes. Good computer literacy and keyboard skills is also a must for this role.
