White Lotus Ltd provides high-quality equipment, products, training courses, insurance cover & finance to beauty & cosmetic sectors. Due to expansion and market domination, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team with experience in customer service. The role will be a busy one, therefore the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines is key.

You will be joining an experienced team in a fast-growing company and working with multiple experts across the beauty industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career and work directly in customer service, marketing and a brand-new online bookings system. An exciting opportunity to work with salons across the UK and beyond.

Who we are:
We are a fast-growing cosmetic teeth whitening business with both B2B and B2C outputs. Our environment is welcoming, working with talented sales and marketing individuals across the UK. Although not based in one office, we have a strong work and team ethic.
This is an exciting time to join our company, as we continue to grow across the UK and beyond. We currently have a strong and established B2B offering and are currently growing our B2C operations, with new brands and directions for the company to move in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with multiple clinics and individuals based all across the UK, maintaining their availability and updating our centralised calendar system
  • Booking appointments and upselling retail products to customers
  • Dealing with customer enquiries through live chat, phone and email in a timely and professional manner, as well as resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Liaising with marketing to create promotions to increase bookings and appointments, provide fresh ideas for booking website campaigns
  • Liaising with marketing to send content from customers and replying to social media messages regarding customer service and helping to cover social media platforms when required.
  • Researching and looking out for new salon/mobile locations to add to the website.
  • Working with sophisticated CRM software
  • Proofreading work for marketing and sales before being sent to customers
  • Supporting customers with queries and providing business management support
  • Helping to cover social media platforms when required
  • Multitasking and prioritising tasks based on importance and urgency

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience in CRM systems
  • Experience in marketing and social media
  • Ability to remain calm and in control under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Remote working available. Mix of week and weekends required.
