What does the role involve?

In the last few years, our fleet size has seen record growth. We've won Leasing Company of the Year four years in a row and our most recent win is a Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo. As we continue to grow we want to maintain and build on our Customer First culture. In order to do this, we have a newly created role for a knowledgeable and passionate Customer Service Operations Manager to join our Customer Service leadership team.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Day-to-day leadership of a team of 45 people including direct and indirect reports
  • Monitoring KPIs and customer feedback, and using the data to inform, develop and execute continuous improvements
  • Ensuring successful embedding and maintenance of our Customer First strategy
  • Taking a proactive approach to team engagement

What are we looking for?

You're a commercially aware Customer Service leader with significant experience of managing large, customer-focused teams. You're passionate about service standards and can inspire others with your vision. In addition, we're looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Managing customer service and complaints in a regulated environment
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • Delivering service and process improvements
  • An understanding of leasing or automotive industries would be beneficial but is by no means essential
