Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our homebased pensions team on a permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 6pm, there’s no evenings or weekends for a salary of £21,395.40! If you’re the type of person who loves to help and support people, you have call centre and/or customer service experience - this could be the ideal role for you!

Our Pensions team deal with incoming calls from a wide range of members and their beneficiaries regarding their pension, you will be part of a specialist and knowledgeable team supporting with various pension enquiries. You will get involved in a wide variety of calls, it’s never a boring day here.

What will you deliver?

  • After your in-depth training period you will be able to handle a wide range of queries within agreed service levels.
  • Working in your team, you’ll be supported and encouraged by your Team Manager to develop your skills within a fast paced environment.
  • Your training will be virtual and very comprehensive to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to be able to handle every call efficiently.
  • There will be some opportunity to work on enquiries using our web chat facility.
