SAI360, a global leader in Risk Management software, is looking to recruit a Customer Success Manager to join our Risk Division on a permanent basis based in The Netherlands, Lithuania or the UK. The role, which will focus on our SAI360 enterprise software solutions across EMEA, will be responsible for driving and improving customer satisfaction, ensuring our products add value to our clients. With a strong relationship building background the successful candidate will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, reviewing, delivering and executing against Customer Success Metrics to support and identify growth opportunities whilst demonstrating the value and benefit of these results to our clients.

An overview of the main duties has been provided below:
  • Ensure proper delivery, onboarding and adoption of products and services and conduct ongoing operational reviews;
  • Partner with Account Managers to facilitate successful renewals of customers;
  • Understand customer objectives and how they translate to outcomes;
  • Partner with Account Managers and participate in ongoing customer operational reviews to provide value and support;
  • Drive revenue growth through adoption and identify opportunities for upsell and cross sell;
  • Travel to priority customers to strengthen relationships, conduct gap analysis, report on usage and lead value driven discussions (Approximately 20% travel is estimated);
  • Partner with customer to advise on best practices;
  • Manage assigned customer relationships to ensure that the highest level of service is provided and customer loyalty is optimized;
  • Serve as the point of contact for the delivery of services and customer support;
  • Champion customer requests; represent customer interests in product and service solution planning initiatives;
  • Liaise with all necessary internal departments to ensure customer solutions are delivered as agreed upon scope and timelines;
  • Escalate issues accordingly to ensure visibility and a timely resolution;
  • Track and report results of all customer initiatives;
  • Complete other projects as assigned.
Experience and Skillset required:
  • A proven track record in a consultative customer facing role, ideally within a technical or SaaS based company;
  • Knowledge, or general understanding, of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and/or Environmental Health and Safety challenges and solutions would be highly desirable;
  • Basic technical ability with Microsoft Office 365 products, Salesforce.com or other popular CRM brands, and remote meeting tools (IE. GoToMeeting);
  • Working knowledge of EHS / Risk solutions and the ability to advise customers on features, functionality, reporting capabilities and how to best optimize utilization of their investment in software is preferred;
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, and presenter;
  • Ability to deal with customers at senior management and board level;
  • Strategic thinker, skilled within account management and a strong commitment to customer success;
  • Thoughtful problem-solving skills, mature and polished business acumen rooted in years of client-facing experience;
  • Disciplined time and territory management skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements;
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Good IT literacy and skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
