Our team is all about the Digital Era, established globally and quickly building locally, we’re transforming the Accounting Industry. We use Cloud Accounting such as Xero, Dext, Quickbooks and our Sleek Tech to work smartly and efficiently with our SME clients.

We are now searching for Customer Support Associates (Remote), to join us and work with our growing offices in the UK. Our team is an EXTRA-ordinary group of Sleekers who share values such as simplicity, kindness, excellence, authenticity and most of all fun!

If you’ve delighted customers with world class customer services, which resulted in customer loyalty and improvement in customer lifetime and supported customers in SAAS (software as a service), accountancy or similar, we would like to hear from you!


What will you do at Sleek?

  • Be ‘the voice and the champion of the customer’ within Sleek, ensuring a World Class Service Experience through timely and high quality interactions.
  • Involved in initiatives aimed at improving the experience of customers at multiple touch-points across setup as well as optimizing and automating processes.
  • A highly knowledgeable point of contact, covering our full product suit for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • An escalation point for customer issues, including liaising with the customer to resolve the situation, incorporate learnings to improve future customer experience. Will take over the most complicated escalation cases.
  • Delivering data-based insights back to the business to identify problems, improve processes, or decide when to build new features.
  • Involved in executing customer retention strategies, including the impact of sales to support on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Operate according to Customer Support SLAs and ensure that KPIs and targets are met.


Requirements

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • 2 - 5 years work experience with 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Background in Customer Support in a fast paced environment, preferably with SAAS, Fintech or Accountancy
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to successfully build relationships with cross-functional teams, and senior staff to deliver the best outcome for customers and Sleek.
  • An operational mind-set focused on scale, self-driven, solution-driven, efficiency and performance.
  • Strong organizational capabilities in terms of tasks allocation.
