At TMS Protection we are seeking individuals who hold high standards to join our team. Our Door Supervisors must:
· Be punctual
· Be able present themselves well, in a smart dress code
· Communicate effectively
· Have the ability to work alone or together as a team
· Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
Due to the unsociable hours, candidates will need to ensure that if they are using public transport the service they are requiring will be running at finish times as this can be as late as 4am
All applicants must pass our vetting procedure:
· We do not use self-employed officers for the position of Door Supervisor
· Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide evidence of this at their interview
· Candidates should have references and a 5-year employment history

This role is a part time role at busy bar. Experience in a club environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Candidates should be able to commit to regular weekend working. This role will be roughly 2 – 3 nights a week. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, will be punctual and reliable, and will possess impeccable judgement, including the ability to quickly differentiate between guests and troublemakers.
