  • About Cinapsis

At Cinapsis, we have an innovative solution and are on a mission to change the way healthcare is delivered. We are growing rapidly and are now looking to expand our team.

Today’s clinicians are under enormous pressure, with increasing demands on services and growing patient wait times, which have been exacerbated by the COVID pandemic. The ongoing delays in receiving an initial appointment or a resulting treatment plan can also cause distress to patients and risk impacting their quality of life.

We are helping to break this chain, by providing a user-friendly solution that lets clinicians easily communicate and share information with one another to decide on the best course of action when diagnosing and treating a patient. This might result in specialist advice and guidance or may result in referring a patient into an appropriate service.

As well as helping to support clinicians to be more productive, our solution can help to avoid unnecessarily referring patients, ensuring those patients needing specialist attention can be seen more quickly.

We care about delivering a very high quality, professional service to our users across the NHS. We anticipate rapid growth over the next 12 months and this role is imperative to making sure that we continue to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

About the role

Representing Cinapsis as the main point of contact for customers, you will provide the highest level of service for all customer queries. The support you provide could include anything from system setup and usage, escalating any issues in a timely manner to providing training where necessary. You will be part of an expert team, who work closely together to deliver the best service to our customers.

About you

  • You'll bring experience in delivering a professional service – with the confidence to talk to and help our users either by email, chat or over the phone so that their queries are resolved swiftly and to their satisfaction.
  • You are an excellent communicator who is able to empathise with our users.
  • You are friendly, patient and able to relate to users with different technical ability levels
  • You will have the ability to learn the Cinapsis SmartReferrals software platform to an expert level and continually improve product knowledge in this role.
  • You'll have a background and passion for delivering the best for our users. You do not need any prior healthcare experience although we do encourage healthcare professionals to apply.
  • You enjoy learning new processes and working with others.
  • You have strong PC skills and good attention to detail.
  • You are an excellent communicator who enjoys speaking on the phone.
  • You have a polite, professional and personable manner.
  • You are organised and able to manage customer expectations while providing a great experience.
  • Very responsive and proactive in seeking information, driven by a genuine desire to help solve customers’ problems.
  • Identify training topics that need to be added to our existing Help Centre.
  • We're a growing, passionate team so you'll need to bring the drive to be part of our growth – understanding the critical role you play in keeping our users at the heart of what we do.
  • With resilience and your tenacity you will constantly be looking for ways to improve.
  • Experience with ticket management systems is desirable but not essential.

What’s in it for you

  • Opportunity for growth: the role will change as the company grows and there will be plenty of opportunity to grow with it. For the right person, this could be a career defining opportunity
  • Working closely with our CEO
  • Ongoing training with the opportunity to complete qualifications as you work
  • Our company and all of our communication is remote-first, but we love to hang out together and meet up a couple times a year for some fun off site adventures
  • 1-2-1 coaching available, supporting wellbeing, personal and professional development
  • Virtual game nights
  • Cinapsis swag

All our interviews, onboarding and new joiners are now managed remotely. We have in place a strong virtual support network to ensure new colleagues are supported and developed as they navigate their first few months with us.

We can offer you a great package, a flexible working environment and the opportunity to achieve extraordinary things. We understand the value that a diverse team brings to our organisation. We respect and value our people for what they do and the impact they can have, and we create an environment that supports everyone to bring their best selves to work, every day. Our culture is inclusive and supportive.

If this appeals to you, we'd love to hear from you!
