£400/day inside IR35 | 3 months | Fully Remote | Office 365, CRM, CXM / Customer Experience
Our client, a leading national charity are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join them on an initial 3-month contract. This new exciting and unique opportunity will involve building CXM which is the new CRM for this organisation which is being built with MS 365 Dynamics as well as engaging with Business SMEs, the supplier DXC and Product Owner to define User Stories to an acceptable standard. You will also ensure Acceptable Criteria is well defined, reviewing with developers to allow the to configure the platform accordingly within D365.
The successful Business Analyst role will have excellent technical business analysis experience, ideally working on CXM or CRM projects.
