An opportunity has arisen for a Data Entry Assistant based in Bristol. You will be working within the Portfolio Services team responsible for ensuring all invoices, certificates and budgets are logged accurately within prescribed timescales.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES

  • Monitoring Outlook in-boxes to ensure all documentation is logged on a timely basis
  • Accurate logging of all documentation received
  • Entering cost breakdowns of service charge budgets and certificates at building level and client’s apportionment into our bespoke database
  • Creating, validating and updating database records
  • Updating associated spreadsheets on a weekly basis
  • E-mailing and telephoning clients, managing agents and landlords to obtain missing documentation
  • Entering bulk data for marketing and research purposes
  • Whilst the key focus of the role is data entry and data processing, there is the opportunity for it to be developed further to encompass enhanced duties and responsibilities.

YOUR QUALITIES

  • Enjoys working with figures, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Works logically and methodically
  • IT literate with good data entry and keyboard skills – basic Excel knowledge required
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Ability to organise workload and manage working time effectively
  • Property and/or financial background desirable but not essential

In return Bellrock are offering salary of £20,500 FTE. Working 30 hours per week. Six hours per day Monday – Friday, start time can be flexible between 8.30am and 10am to suit the successful candidate.
