As all calls will be from customers calling for help you will proactively manage each claim ensuring that the customer receives the most appropriate service in

Work from outbound call lists, inbound calls and email communications to address member queries with the goal of retaining and renewing the individuals

This role is home-based with occasional requirement to travel for training and meeting purposes (travel expenses will be covered by Royal British Legion).

Be able to prioritise and adapt to a fast-paced working environment, identifying the key information required in order to aid business decision making.

Ensure that all requests & enquiries (both in person and by telephone) are dealt with efficiently in a timely and professional manner on every occasion.
