You don’t need to have any previous experience to join our team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude (plus a full UK or EU driving license of course), and our award winning training team will do the rest!

From day one, you will be welcomed into the Ocado family and will be the face of our business, delivering groceries and delighting our customers whatever the weather. Unlike other similar roles, you’ll be glad to hear that your van will be pre-loaded for you, so you can sit back and relax until you’re ready to go. Some of our sites are dual sites, meaning one day you will be out delivering directly for Ocado, and the next you may be delivering for our retail partner Morrisons.

We deliver a first-class service, so as part of your role you will be delivering shopping into customers' homes.

We offer permanent contracts and a shift pattern to follow to make sure you can plan ahead. You must be able to work both our AM and PM shifts with a lot of weekends included. THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 5 SHIFTS OUT OF 7 A WEEK. YOU CAN NOT CHOOSE THE SHIFTS. YOU MUST NOT HAVE ANYTHING ELSE PLANNED MONDAY TO SUNDAY

Please also be aware that AM shifts start as early as 5.30am and the PM shifts can finish as late as midnight. If using public transport please make sure you can get to our site for all shifts.
