We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and compassionate operational leader for the role of Deputy Director of Operations and Performance. The successful candidate will through a combination of their experience, skills and knowledge of the performance challenges and standards for acute hospitals enable us to deliver safe, effective and responsive services.

You will bring expertise in working across organisational boundaries and a track record of innovation and change. We are interested, not just in your technical skills, but also your ability to be a visible, optimistic, and compassionate leader.

The role is a pivotal one, ensuring that services consistently provide high quality patient care whilst delivering all performance targets within the financial envelope. The post holder will also be responsible for working with operational and clinical leaders to ensure our services are developed to meet the needs of tomorrow's patients.
