We are looking for an experienced and engaged digital designer to join our growing in-house Creative Studio. In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of designers, copywriters and developers working closely with the Marketing and Growth teams. You will be responsible for creating and assisting in the creation and delivery of a range of Marketing Campaign assets across multiple channels. Anything from a banner campaign, an Insta Reel, even an internally facing highlights reel, or a PowerPoint deck.

This role requires an awareness and interest of current design trends in the Financial Services market as well as wider retail space, knowing how to balance what's new and what's possible whilst adhering to our Brand vision and tone of voice. A balanced understanding of our brand, our customer needs, technology and design is a must. As is a Social-first approach as many of our teams' biggest opportunities are Paid and Organic social activations.

We are always looking to bring additional skillsets to the team, so an interest and experience in creating content ranging from photography, illustration, animation and film, along with a passion for impeccable typography and a focus on the finer detail is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Confidently manage and own projects from brief to deployment working with multiple stakeholders
  • Participant in and incorporate feedback from peers and stakeholders accordingly
  • Ensure design guidelines, systems and other best practices are followed throughout the design process
  • Communicate the design rationale effectively to peers and stakeholders both verbally and visually with a convincing and engaging presentations style
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Creating and assisting in the creation and delivery of a range of Marketing Campaign assets across multiple channels
  • Ability to work at pace, and delivery to lean deadlines
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members, external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all assets meet the firm wide accessibility standards

Requirements :

  • Experience working in an in-house design studio or creative agency at mid-weight level
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating the application of digital design, brand and customer focus
  • Experience in brand, campaign, social, and digital campaign development
  • Evidence of creating design assets for digital campaigns and social
  • Motivated and attention to detail and good project management processes
  • Able to respond quickly to urgent requests and prioritise in an agile way with all open projects
  • Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with peers, managers and other internal or external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of new and emerging technologies within the marketing landscape
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Actively listens, hears and understands what is said and not said, and with nuanced comprehension of meaning and intent
