Job Description :

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join us at Revere to manage the ‘Content and Experience’ component of our Technology Solutions offering. You will need experience across interactive content platforms, marketing automation, CRM and a consultative approach in advising clients. If you are highly proactive in evolving services and solutions and recognise that the most appropriate use of martech is always changing, we want to hear from you.

The Role

The role will work seamlessly with the Paid Advertising & Social Manager and the Growth Marketing Manager, reviewing insights and utilising these to improve the activity’s performance. It will put in place a suite of leading martech tools that are appropriate for our clients and where relevant, utilise the client’s own applications as part of our activity.

The role will require a comprehensive consultative approach across a wide range of martech including CRM and webinar and event platforms, and be able to build connections to join up martech activity, achieving the best possible performance for our clients, and all aligned the strategic objectives of Revere’s Vision.

The role will have a client-facing aspect, advising and building relationships with key client contacts on an ongoing basis, including retained services; this role is key in building an invaluable extension to the client’s team. Your advice will be sought and prove to be invaluable for our clients. You’ll manage the martech roadmap and plans for our clients and then implement successfully, delivering success through a joined-up approach.

The role will guide peers and key stakeholders for the adoption of new martech solutions, championing knowledge sharing to benefit the successful sell-in of new solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Team management

  • Work closely with the Head of Technology Solutions to evolve our martech and digital marketing specialism, growing and nurturing new and existing employees via their Boost Advance plans
  • Assist the Head of Technology Solutions in defining areas of evolution for our content and experience stream
  • Lead 121 and personal development discussions with direct reports, and drive their personal growth inline with overall departmental focus and goals

Innovation

  • Always critiquing the services we’ve adopted and proactively identifying where further opportunities could develop. You’ll have daily input into our appropriate use of martech, and be provided with the necessary insights and collaboration via our data specialists
  • Lead the identification of new tools and partners that can support, enhance and improve our solutions
  • Bring on board new service streams in a timely fashion. This could include DM, CRM consultancy, events, webinars and auditing services to achieve the very best performance for our clients from the martech that’s deployed
  • Manage Revere’s marketing automation services, including developing lead scoring and nurture flows within multiple platforms, and be able to guide and advise clients irrespective of their martech stack. You’ll be able to plan and deliver leading automation activity that supports wider activation

Consulting

  • Support the Client Services Director to ensure clients receive exceptional service and delivery, on time and on budget
  • Be able to consult and advise clients across a wide-range of martech solutions, including some applications that are licenced directly by clients such as CRM platforms. Having a working knowledge across various martech channels will be vital here
  • Manage Revere’s marketing efforts from a martech perspective, treating Revere as if a fully paid client. Working with the Marketing Manager, be forthcoming in suggesting new, bold strategies to aid efforts centred around BD, tech stack or inbound/outbound activities to attract our ICPs within our target organisations
  • Drive the delivery of meaningful training sessions internally, utilising specialists within your team. Help build digital capabilities and confidence across Revere to enable all teams to sell an ever-evolving range of services
  • Comprehensive planning and delivery mindset, understanding the importance of having thought-through, strategic plans in place for the successful delivery of client activity
  • Ad-hoc consultancy across campaign activation in support of specific objectives

Operations

  • Input into operational functioning of Revere with ideas and suggestions that can boost our efficiency of working across all teams. Work with the Operations Director where required and deliver operational change that will make a real difference
  • Working with the Head of Technology Solutions, lead the cost benefit analysis of all offered services and proactively introduce emerging, industry-leading martech

Corporate and Social Responsibility

  • Support and drive the dept. involvement with Revere’s values and CSR initiatives. Ensure that they are at the centre of all discussions and decisions that are taken

Technology Solutions is responsible for the scope and delivery of a wide range of technology-focused services via our specialist teams, and are always focused on delivering results for our clients.

From consultancy across Martech and bespoke application developments, to paid media activation via social and programmatic or end-to-end ABM/ABX and marketing automation services, the Technology Solutions team is always current and an invaluable extension of our clients’ teams.

Key Skills

  • Experience in a similar role within a marketing agency, managing marketing specialists and implementing new solutions and services via a wide range of martech applications
  • Be objective driven and demand the same of others. Proven ability in doing the right thing, not the easy thing in accordance with Revere’s values
  • Proven ability in collating performance through CRM as the hub of information exchange. Use, enhance and update contact data to drive personalisation at every relevant point
  • Extensive ability in marketing automation, demonstrating successful consultancy through to implementation of automation solutions, and operational excellence via nurture flows, lead scoring, and driving ROI and financial gain for clients
  • Experience of rolling out new approaches, such as personalised websites, interactive video and animated, bespoke landing pages for clients. Have used data connections and integration of martech to achieve these innovative delivery routes
  • Be highly analytical, with a logical mindset that enables you to act based on performance data. Work with our data team to get the insights you need to make informed, operational decisions and to adjust Revere’s martech stack
  • Be adaptable and comfortable holding martech-focused conversations with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Thrive on developing others, passing on experiences and being able to identify where skills training is needed and how it’s best delivered. Always have a results-driven mindset in everything you do
  • Have a strong project management approach and apply best practice as required
  • Be performance-orientated, adaptable and enjoy the challenges that come with a team running multiple different projects at the same time
  • Have strong communication skills to interact with team members, leadership, and clients
  • Experience managing and leading other digital marketeers across a wide-range of responsibilities and skillsets
  • Have analytical skills to develop effective strategies, identify challenges before they fully materialise and be able to influence outcomes based on performance analysis
  • Proven collaboration skills
