Project Summary

:
Do you have consulting experience transitioning organisations from Waterfall to Agile?
Our client (a FTSE 100, leading Financial Institution), is looking for a Consulting team to support their Agile transformation programme; helping drive organisational continuous improvement by implementing more Agile ways of working within their Corporate Technology teams.
To enable and support the change programme, B2E Consulting is looking to create a team of Agile focused Consultants who can support 3 key areas:


LEAD & ADVISE Senior Stakeholders who need support moving from a waterfall to an Agile mindset,


COACH the delivery teams, share knowledge, support new ways of working and generally sell the Agile idea to the teams doing the implementations


INFLUENCE ways of working from a Change Management mindset, build a 'champion' network and embed change within the programme team


We are looking for a mixed team of consultants across all seniority levels, so please apply if you have the relevant skills and experience to become a team member.

Mandatory Skills/Experience

:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Hands on experience of transitioning an organisation from Waterfall to Agile
  • Top tier consulting and/or Financial Services experience
  • Excellent Agile knowledge (qualifications as required)
