Performing front of house duties as required, greeting clients and visitors, preparing refreshments where appropriate and assisting with any client requirements

Have been identified as requiring hospital admission for assessment or treatment but do not require intensive care.

Constantly reviewing and improving the copy, refreshing creative and thinking about new ideas to communicate to our customers.

Answering telephone calls after official business hours and contacting appropriate personnel in case of emergencies. Previous experience in a similair role.

Demonstrate an understanding of excellent customer service. 12 hour shifts / Monday to Sunday availability required*.
