It’s an exciting time to join our HR function at AXA UK &I, because we’re refreshing and rebranding our candidate and colleague attraction and onboarding journey. We need someone with great writing skills who can apply our tone of voice across a range of systems generated communications and colleague guidance documents. As Employee Experience Marketing Executive, you’ll join our small (but mighty) project team on a 12-month fixed term contract / secondment. You’ll report to the Head of Employer Brand and work closely with our Recruitment Marketing Manager, Learning experience team and designer. We’re on a journey at AXA UK&I, so if you’re up for a challenge, can get stuck in and roll your sleeves up, are able to work on your own initiative, and want an opportunity to make a difference we want to meet you.

We love looking at transferable skills so we’re open to having a conversation because who you are, is just as important as what you can do.
The only non-negotiable is that you’ll be fluent in applying brand tone of voice across a range of systems and non-systems generated communications templates and employee guidance documents. You’ll also be able to work at pace, collaborate and be delivery and deadline focussed. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team, and our customers.
