About Our Client

You will support the group CEO of a network of high end beauty brands who operates globally. They have a fast paced, dynamic environment and require an Executive Assistant who can work in a busy, ever changing, corporate environment. You will work out of a first class, modern London office but also have the ability to do some remote working.

Job Description

As the EA to CEO, you will: - Manage a busy, ever changing diary

  • Prioritise meetings for a Group CEO who is in demand

  • Arrange and support multiple events

  • Coordinate international travel for the Group CEO

  • Ad hoc administration for the CEO and team

  • Support in board meetings and follow up on action points

  • Edit presentations and word documents

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in applying to this Executive Assistant role in beauty, you should have: - Executive Assistant experience

  • Supported at Csuite level before

  • Ability to prioritise within a busy, fast paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to push back and protect the CEO's time

What's on Offer

You will be rewarded with a 50k-60k salary and have some remote working. It's highly likely you will be offered a permanent role within the Group should the FTC be a success
