Duties to include:

  • Diary management across multiple time zones
  • Extensive and complex travel requirements
  • Maintain and update CRM system
  • Manage expense requests
  • Prepare documents and presentation materials in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Onboarding and offboarding of staff across platforms

Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:30, hybrid working.
