Barclays and Simmons & Simmons have collaborated to offer aspiring financial services lawyers a joint legal training contract. Across the two year training contract, this incredible opportunity will combine a year's private practice experience and a year's in-house experience at Barclays. Upon qualification, you will be able to apply for a qualified role at Simmons & Simmonsor Barclays, or both!

We are currently recruiting for one trainee for a September 2023 and a March 2024 start date. To be eligible to apply, you must have a qualifying law degree or GDL conversion and have successfully completed the LPC and received your results by September 2023. The recruitment process will be run in partnership with Barclays, and you'll have the chance to meet members from both organisations and explore what it would be like to be part of the team.

This is a two-stage recruitment process, with a first stage application and online assessment followed by a second stage assessment with interview.
