Job Description :

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Founder. The ideal candidate should be highly organised with excellent multitasking abilities and a track record of collaborating with a diverse range of organisations and individuals. They should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a diplomatic demeanor, confidence, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The successful applicant should be a problem-solver with a proactive mindset and the ability to work remotely with colleagues and stakeholders in different time zones. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Xero, Slack, social media management, and WhatsApp is essential, and the ability to become proficient in industry-specific software and tools such as Xola, Airbnb, and Viator is required. A good general knowledge of British culture and central London geography is also necessary.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating complex scheduling and calendar management
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing email, phone, and chat correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Organising travel arrangements
  • Conducting research and presenting findings
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Assisting with project management and implementation
  • Processing expenses and managing budgets
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Staying informed of industry trends and news.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance
Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £1,450.00-£1,725.00 per month
