We are looking for a Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Riddle and Finns

Established over 16 years ago the company currently has two sites located on Brighton seafront and in the historic lanes.

The seafront restaurant has an intimate internal space seating 40 covers and a spectacular terrace area seating another 40 covers. The Lanes location is a buzzy city centre location with 40 covers that has become an institution of the city.

We are known for our atmospheric services with open kitchens and bars you really play part of the experience each guest has. The team really is the most important part of our restaurants and we are confident that you will love it.

As a Waiter / Waitress you will guide each guest through their visit advising on food and wine to make sure they enjoy every second. With personality and passion our team works in an environment that encourages, trains and supports each team member to fulfil their potential. For us there is no better feeling than helping people grow within the business and move up through the ranks.
