Are you a highly organised individual and looking for a varied job?


We are seeking an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting the Strategic Director of Place, Operations and Sustainability. The EA will support the Strategic Director in all matters relating to the running of the directorate, both internally and externally.


This is an exciting time to join the Council as, following a restructure of the senior management team, this is a newly formed directorate.


Are you a skilled communicator and enjoy working with a variety of people?


The role is part of a wider Support Services Team, comprising Executive Assistants and Business Support Officers, providing a wide range of support to senior management across the organisation.


Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an EA/PA role, excellent interpersonal and writing skills, and strong IT literacy skills.


To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised and proactive, able to work in a structured way to prioritise tasks, work independently and go the extra mile to facilitate the needs of the Strategic Director.
