Job Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract – April 2023 start date

Location and flexible working: London city centre with hybrid and flexible working

Closing Date : 17.2.23

Salary and benefits : £45-£55,000DOE plus annual 16 -32% bonus potential, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, 10% pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more.

We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as Executive PA to our HR Director and HR Chief Operating Officer....

The role

This role will provide an efficient, effective and highly confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the group HR Director and HR Chief Operating Officer, having a full involvement in HR activities, including supporting their work, invariably of a sensitive nature, linked to our People Strategy The Executive PA will be responsible for a diverse set of activities, involving a number of stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-orientated and proactive with a can-do attitude who enjoys a varied role in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven work experience as an Executive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to an Exco member in FTSE 50 company
  • Good knowledge and understanding of diary management and prioritisation of Inbox
  • Travel booking.
  • Collating monthly reports for ExCo and Board.
  • Administrative tasks such as processing of invoices & expenses.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and build effective relationships with all stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to provide information reporting at a high standard.
  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to take the initiative and ownership to see things through to completion.
  • Proactive and possess exceptional time management skills in order to effectively prioritise workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, within a fast paced environment/role.
  • Personal strength, resilience and a 'can do' philosophy will be essential for success.
  • Confident MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint user with the ability to manage and prioritise a range of outstanding scheduling requirements.
  • Ability to provide in-person support to HR Director and online support to HR Chief Operating Officer
