Skilled with meticulous data input for contract and database management.

Ideally experience with Templa CMS but not essential as training will be given.

Finance Administration

Credit control

Resolving invoicing queries

Liaising with pay providers, contractors and consultants

Coordination of payroll information

Answering queries relating to payroll

A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills.

Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.

Fluent in English both verbally and written.

Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Ability to do Ad hoc admin duties as and when needed
