Spend 9 weeks working on real projects with real responsibilities and give yourself a great head start in your career. You can discover what life is like for our finance professionals, working at the heart of a finance function that provides fiscal control, performance analysis, critical insight, and decision support across all our business units.

The programme will take a lot of hard work and initiative on your part. In return, you’ll get to develop career-boosting skills and could earn yourself a place on our Finance Graduate programme if you really stand out from the crowd.

What You Will Need We’re looking for students who have a genuine desire to lead, along with customer focus, a passion for collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset. You also need to be analytically minded and have a genuine desire to learn about our business, industry, and interested in pursuing a career in finance. You must be:

• Expecting a 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Master’s) in any discipline and have BBB at A-Levels (or equivalent)

• Able to communicate complex ideas effectively

• Flexible and proactive with a can-do approach

• Capable of performing in a fast-paced environment

• Right to work in the UK

• Free to start your internship on 20 June 2023

• Looking to start your Graduate career in 2023 or 2024
