Salary: up £80k + bonus

Fantastic one off opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, dynamic, Senior General Store Manager to join this ever evolving, globally recognised business. Flagship, Area Manager or large turnover/team experience essential

Job Role:

As General Flagship Store Manager, you will report directly to the Retail Director and be responsible for delivering commercial excellence of your location. You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership through your Management team, develop the staff to be ambassadors of the brand. You’ll combine your experience, commercial insight, outstanding operational experience, and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and look to exceed targets year on year.

Experience necessary:

Previous experience working as a Flagship, Area Manager, or large turnover, Store Manager within Retail is essential.

– Management experience in a multimillion pound retail environment (minimum £10-15m
turnover)
– Experience of having worked in an environment where high emphasis is placed on service,
product presentation and commercial management.
– Proven track record of people management including employee relations for in excess of
100-150 members of staff.
– Working with Point of Sales systems and Stock Management systems.
– Experience in creating bespoke development plans to motivate individuals & teams to
achieve goals.
– Proactively seeking out opportunities to increase sales through analysing and responding
to sales data
– Communicates in a timely & effective manner to enhance store operations.
– Engages effectively with customers & staff.
– Experience in prioritising workload and managing change in an agile and fast paced
environment.
– Must be an expert communicator and collaborator with a strong ability to adapt to change
and communicate with all leaders and colleagues within the business across a wide range
of departments within the local market, Europe and Global Functions
