The Opportunity

There is a great opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation department.

Working within a project/change team to provide business analysis services. Responsible for definition of business requirements on smaller projects/change initiatives or working alongside other Business Analysts to deliver a range of business analysis outputs on larger, more complex changes.

You'll be:

• Identifies business requirements for change through consultation with business stakeholders
• Analyses existing business operations to produce As-Is process models
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to assess the impact of change and produce To-Be process models
• Applies analytical methods and techniques to assess and validate business solution options
• Interprets legislative and regulatory requirements and/or changes to assess the impact on business processes and system solutions
• Contributes to impact assessments and cost benefit analysis to inform project and/or business decisions
• Produces business analysis outputs to company standards
• Supports business acceptance testing activities, providing an escalation point for queries and issues arising from the Test team

You should apply if:

• Educated to A level standard in Business, Analytical or related discipline
• Proficient in use of MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicating on 121 basis and with groups of stakeholders in workshops/meetings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, good fact finding skills and ability to make evaluative judgments based on both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Business knowledge - Broad awareness of the Financial Services industry and the regulatory environment
• A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
