What does the role involve?
In this brand new exciting role you will manage a newly formed team of fleet technical operations experts who ensure our clients fleet of commercial vehicles are operating efficiently and that we are delivering the best customer service. You will lead, coach and develop the team to demonstrate our 3 core values of Harmony, Sincerity and Pioneering Spirit and also work collaboratively with other managers within the business to create opportunities of success for Novuna.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Manage the effective and timely delivery of customer focused services through active management of the internal operation and external supply chain.
- Lead and have oversight of in-life operational and commercial support teams to ensure that the customer experience is best in class
- Lead and drive improvements in operational delivery through understanding key outputs
- Ensure departmental, processes, controls, and resources are in place to enable KPI's to be met.
What are we looking for?
Ideally you will have come from the fleet industry or have some knowledge on how fleet operations work but the most important attribute is for you to be a passionate people leader, you will be experienced in managing a diverse team of people and be able to demonstrate how you would set your team up to be successful. You will live and breathe good customer service and inspire others to be the same.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Ability to think operationally
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior colleagues
- Ability to analyze statistics and data
- Knowledge and understanding of working and dealing directly multiple stakeholders
