We’re looking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious full time Administrator with Reception duties to join our Foyers team.
Based predominantly at our Foyer in Chatham, we’re looking for someone who shares our values to come and help us deliver great services to the young people living there. In return you’ll get a great benefits package and be encouraged to have a healthy work / life balance.

The foyer is home to vulnerable young adults aged between 16 and 25. With your expert support and guidance, they’ll eventually be able to live independently within their local community.
The hours are 30 hours per week, as follows:
Mondau, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:* 8:00am-4:00pm.*
Reporting to the Foyer Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing administration and reception duties including processing invoices, stock orders, stock monitoring, logging communal repairs and logging resident data.
We’re ideally looking for someone who can undertake administrative tasks such as processing invoices, ordering items, logging communal repairs, taking deliveries and helping young people with any queries they may have.
