General Store Manager wanted for an Iconic Business!

Location: North West London

Salary: £45K-£54K + bonus

Fantastic one off opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, dynamic, Store Manager to join this ever evolving, globally recognised business.

Job Role:

As Store Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Retail and be responsible for delivering commercial excellence of your location. You will be the role model for exceptional customer service and through inspirational leadership develop your team to be ambassadors of the brand. You’ll combine your experience, commercial insight, outstanding operational experience, and excellent visual merchandising skills to continually grow the success of the brand and look to exceed targets year on year.

Experience necessary:

Previous experience working as a Store Manager an advantage within Retail, Hospitality preferably

– Management experience in a multimillion pound retail environment
– Experience of having worked in an environment where high emphasis is placed on service,
product presentation and commercial management.
– Proven track record of people management including employee relations for in excess of 50
members of staff.
– Working with Point of Sales systems and Stock Management systems.
– Experience in creating bespoke development plans to motivate individuals & teams to
achieve goals.
– Proactively seeking out opportunities to increase sales through analysing and responding
to sales data
– Communicates in a timely & effective manner to enhance store operations.
– Engages effectively with customers & staff.
– Experience in prioritising workload and managing change in an agile and fast paced
environment.
– Work as part of a team with a flexible and caring approach.
