Company profile - Renewable Energy
In this Graduate Account Manager opportunity in London, you will be joining a division of Europe’s largest generator of renewable energy. They are responsible for developing, owning, and operating renewable power production facilities across the UK. This division focuses specifically on Electric Vehicle charging spaces throughout Europe. In the UK they currently have over 350 charging stations installed and are now looking for an analytical Account Executive to help expand this number.

Job description – Graduate Account Manager
In this Account Executive position, you will be responsible for managing both internal and external stakeholder relations, whilst working simultaneously on multiple projects. You will design and implement business processes to steer the company in a positive direction, ensuring that public authorities are satisfied with project results.

Key Responsibilities – Graduate Account Manager
In this Account Executive role in London, your tasks will involve:
  • Engaging with public authorities and other external stakeholders to consult on any EV charging needs
  • Managing multiple projects, monitoring performance and risk, and supporting the delivery of key projects
  • Making applications for new grid connections
  • Managing all client communications, ensuring clients are kept fully informed of the progress of their project
  • Driving the company’s operating capabilities to achieve client satisfaction, retention and company goals
  • Sharing relevant market trends and presenting detailed quantitative project analysis
  • Working with the wider commercial team on multiple projects

Job Requirements – Graduate Account Manager
  • At least a 2.1 from university
  • Excel skills are a must
  • Ideally some form of commercial experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or Client Management
  • A genuine passion for sustainability, with clear evidence of attempting to venture into this field
  • A growth mindset, and keen to learn new skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to keep many plates spinning at once
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and spoken
