Job Description :

We’re working with an organically growing global corporate bank in central London, who are really on the front foot, and have gone through rapid and strong growth over the last 5 years.

They are looking for a proactive, ambitious individual to join a busy team, who supply Service Desk duties to the Banks London end users. You will be working in the centralised service desk team who have the responsibility of providing 1st line support for the EMEA offices along with responsibility for the escalation of calls to other business areas within an ITIL best practice environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to break into the banking space, and work for a company that provides fantastic training and career progression opportunities.

Key Skills for this position:

  • Degree qualified (Finance related desirable)
  • Previous experience working in a financial environment (e.g. internship or work experience).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with high amounts of experience and knowledge working with Excel, and data/ analytic based tasks.
  • Flexible attitude and top level communication skills, with peers/ superiors, face to face and remotely
  • Ambitious, driven and confident, with a can-do attitude.
