Role
As a Graduate Product Owner you will be responsible for ensuring our engineering teams are delivering products that meets our customers' requirements. You will form relationships with our customer base to ensure their feedback is being integrated into product roadmaps and feature work, while balancing these requirements with the internal needs of the team.
Day to day could look like
  • Set, prioritize, and evaluate the work generated by a software scrum team to ensure a customer-oriented product
  • Participate in product road mapping and backlog grooming sessions to ensure product teams remained focused on delivering the best product will be an essential responsibility
  • Balance feature requests, tech debt, architectural changes in a prioritized backlog to direct engineering teams to create the best product
  • Become a subject matter expert so that you can work across the enterprise to field questions and feedback on how products are or are not meeting the demands of the customer base
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure prioritization of all aspects of the product
  • Work across the enterprise to gather feedback and requirements
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure products are being built and delivered to meet customer demands
  • Own and ensuring roadmap meets the needs of the development team and customers
Who We’re Looking for
  • Passionate about a career in Technology
  • Currently studying or have graduated a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • A good knowledge of distributed systems and modern application development practices
  • Understands iterative approach to development, incremental improvements over big releases
